The Gaytariyeh park in the capital of Tehran (Iran) is hosting a photo exhibition week titled “Vietnam today” from May 24th - 30th to mark the 125th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh and the 40th anniversary of Vietnam-Iran diplomatic ties.
The Ambassador said that the Vietnam-Iran traditional friendship has developed constantly in recent time, hoping that the exhibition would create a momentum for cultural exchange activities in other cities of Iran.
Meanwhile, Mr. Mohammadi, Head of Art and Cultural Department of Tehran Municipality, said the photo exhibition was a good opportunity for people of the two countries to learn about cultures of each other, contributing to promoting multi-faced relations between the two nations.
Iranian delegates appreciated the event and hoped that similar cultural exchange activities would be organized in localities in both countries to promote the traditional relations.
