Joe Biden Votes Early In Wilmington, Del.
According to NPR, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and his wife, Jill Biden, joined the nearly 75 million voters who have cast their ballots early.
The former vice president voted at the Carvel State Office Building in his hometown of Wilmington, Del., after delivering remarks about protecting the Affordable Care Act.
After voting, Biden spoke to reporters about his plans on health care, saying he thinks he'll be able to work with Republicans.
"I do have a proposal that relates to how we can improve the Affordable Care Act beyond what it was before, which Barack [Obama] and I wanted to do at the time to add a public option, allowing people to keep their private insurance, if that's what they want to do, making it more affordable to get a better plan," Biden said.
President Trump voted early on Saturday at a library in Florida's Palm Beach County.
He told reporters he "voted for a guy named Trump."
According to the U.S. Elections Project, a turnout-tracking database run by University of Florida professor Michael McDonald, voters have already cast more than 54% of the total votes counted in the 2016 election.
FBI arrests five in U.S. accused of trying to coerce Chinese citizens to go home
A note left on the door of one victim read, "If you are willing to go back to mainland and spend 10 years in prison, your wife and children will be all right."
The FBI arrested five people in three states Wednesday, accusing them of taking part in a campaign to "harass, stalk, and coerce" Chinese people in the U.S., including political dissidents, to return to China.
The five arrested Wednesday, including a former New York City police officer working as a private detective, were accused of trying to force a New Jersey man — listed in court documents only as John Doe-1 — to return to China. At one point, the charges said, representatives of the Chinese government brought the man's elderly father, against his will, to the U.S..

Court documents said those charged also photographed and sent harassing messages to the man's daughter and put a note on this door that said, "If you are willing to go back to mainland and spend 10 years in prison, your wife and children will be all right. That's the end of this matter!" They also threatened to harm his family members still living in China, the charges said.
One of the men was arrested in New Jersey, two in New York, and two in California, said Seth DuCharme, the acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District in New York. He said the charges, of illegally acting as agents of a foreign government and traveling interstate for stalking, were the first of their kind for an allegation of this nature.
Hurricane Zeta brings high winds, heavy rain to Mississippi's Gulf Coast
Storm was just 1.6 km/h short of being devastating Category 3 hurricane
Hurricane Zeta has begun to batter Mississippi's Gulf Coast with a dangerous storm surge, high winds and heavy rain.
The U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami said Zeta is still packing 160 km/h winds as of Wednesday evening, with its eye now moving southwest of Slidell, La., not far from the Mississippi line.
The hurricane crashed ashore Wednesday afternoon on the southeast Louisiana coast and left almost 350,000 homes and businesses without power and some coastal roads under water.
The National Hurricane Center said the Category 2 storm made landfall around Terrebonne Bay near the fishing village of Cocodrie with 177 km/h winds.
"Zeta gave us a good punch," said Guy McInnis, president of St. Bernard Parish in southeast Louisiana.
The storm was just 1.6 km/h short of being a devastating Category 3 hurricane.

Tropical storm warnings were issued as far away as the north Georgia mountains, highly unusual for the region. New Orleans has been in the warning areas of seven previous storms that veered east or west this season. Zeta was staying on course.
Zeta had been predicted to hit as a relatively weak Category 1 hurricane, but Louisiana residents awoke to updated forecasts predicting a Category 2 at landfall around the southeastern part of the state.
New Orleans officials announced that a turbine that generates power to the city's aging drainage pump system broke down Sunday, with no quick repair in sight. There was enough power to keep the pumps operating if needed, but little excess power to tap if other turbines fail, officials said.
Officials said they were running through contingencies should there be other equipment problems. Forecasts called for anywhere from five to 15 centimetres of rain to fall in the New Orleans area, but Zeta's pace could mitigate the flood threat.
On Tuesday, Zeta raked across Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula, toppling trees and briefly cutting power to more than 300,000 people but causing no deaths, CBC.ca reported.
Gold price prediction: prices are poised to test the September Lows
Gold prices moved lower as it has become viewed as a riskier asset during the most recent sell-off. The dollar moved higher and benefited from the risk-off trade, as US treasury yields broke down below support near the 50-day moving average. As the spread of COVID-19 makes its way through the US and Europe, riskier assets have been sold. Volatility is also perking up. The GVZ which trades on the COBE and measures the “at the money” implied volatility on Gold, rose 7% to 22%.

Gold prices moved lower but remain rangebound. Prices are poised to test support is seen near the October lows at 1,872. Resistance is seen near the 10-day moving average at 1,904. Short-term momentum has whipsawed turning negative as the fast stochastic generated a crossover sell signal on the upper end of the neutral range. Medium-term momentum has turned negative as the MACD (moving average convergence divergence) index generated a crossover sell signal. This occurs as the MACD line (the 12-day moving average minus the 26-day moving average) crosses below the MACD signal line (the 9-day moving average of the MACD line. The MACD histogram also generated a crossover sell signal. The index sliced through the zero-index line. The histogram has a negative trajectory that points to lower prices, FxEmpire reported.
