Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc: The future centre of the proposed Phu Quoc city
Central location, convenient transportation
Under the proposal to establish Phu Quoc City, An Thoi will be an international port, which will also serve as a technical hub and logistics centre, a non-tariff area, a small industrial cluster, a trade, tourism, historical and cultural centre that reflects the locals' traditional values. Located in the heart of An Thoi, Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc will be the place for major financial and trading activities in the near future.
Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc will be the economic, cultural and financial centre of Vietnam’s first island city. |
Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc is also the convergence of the island's arterial roads, namely the 975 road, the "billion-dollar road" connecting the tourist resorts on the west side of Phu Quoc, Tran Hung Dao street, and the beachfront promenade.
Excellent planning, modern infrastructure
Aiming to become the most vibrant economic and trading centre of the future island city, Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc is synchronously and systematically planned, ensuring its smooth performance for hundreds of years. The complex also features advanced and modern infrastructure, complying with the standards of multifunctional urban complexes in the world.
The streets within the project are planned in the chessboard zoning style. Chessboard planning has existed since ancient times and is considered the gold standard in planning in cities in the US, UK, France, Spain, Sweden, Italy, Japan, Singapore... It helps solve traffic congestion, creates beautiful landscapes, boosts economic efficiency and sustainable development. This is also the planning style applied in Hanoi Old Quarter.
However, the chessboard style applied for Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc has been stylized. The combination of systematicity (the chessboard) and flexibility (circulation-inspired project) in the design of this grand complex will be the foundation for a colourful business community with bustling trade and shopping streets in the future.
The investor also attached great importance to all the roads and streets within the complex. 100% of electric cables are undergrounded on both sides of the road, while solar power is used for lighting. An Thoi Central Boulevard and Binh Minh Boulevard have a width of up to 36 metres, the road surface is 10.5m on each side. Sunset and Moonlight Boulevard are both 30 metres wide. Starlight and Huynh Dan Avenues are 24 metres wide. Smaller roads such as Kim Giao, Thien Dieu, Hai Duong... have a width of 13.5 metres.
The combination of systematicity and flexibility in the design of this grand complex will be the foundation for a colourful business community with bustling trade and shopping streets in the future. |
In order to meet the high living standards of future residents, Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc has planned 1.5ha to build an International School. An international polyclinic, a high-class hotel complex, 07 commercial and financial centres with a total area of about 4.2 hectares are also planned to get ready for more representative offices of corporations, multinational companies and domestic companies to be opened.
8 themed clubhouses in the role of health care centres, complex sports centres, trade and services centres, convention and exhibition centres, art performance and event centres, entertainment centres, cultural centres... will satisfy the diverse needs of future residents and open up countless experiences for visitors.
In particular, the Circulation Theatre and Event Centre with nearly 1,000 seats will be the venue for economic and cultural activities in Phu Quoc in the future. This grand building was also designed with the aim to make Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc the true MICE capital of the future island city.
The event centre will be the venue for important activities in Phu Quoc. |
As an island town, Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc pays special attention to electricity and freshwater. This is also the strength of Tan A Dai Thanh Group. Along with the National Grid, each house in the project will be provided with one solar energy pack. Excess electricity will be connected to the Phu Quoc grid to supply other areas. Solar power is also installed in commercial centres, schools, sports centres, entertainment centres and other public areas.
In addition to solar energy, another advantage that the project provides is freshwater. Equipped with an intelligent clean water solution of Tan A Dai Thanh Group and ChungHo Nais – Korea, water from the taps in public areas and in every home can be drunk directly. Necessary infrastructure has been prepared in order for the complex to be operated according to smart city standards.
