Hanoi had one positive case with COVID-19 after discharge
One day after discharge from hospital, patient 188 - employee of Truong Sinh Company (residing in Chuong My, Hanoi) coughed, had fever, had chest pressure and tested positive for SARS-CoV- 2.
After being treated, announced to be free from Covid-19 at Ha Nam General Hospital, the patient returned home to Chuong My (Hanoi) to be isolated, monitored for an additional 14 days, and had positive result of SARS-CoV-2.
This case has now been transferred to the Central Hospital for Tropical Diseases to continue treatment.
The director of the Hanoi Department of Health added that after being discharged from the hospital, the patient stayed at home and had very little contact with the family.
Specifically, the health authorities conducted zoning, identifying two close contacts of patients, husbands and daughters (F1) of the patients and taking samples that tested negative. At the same time, they identify the relevant F2 cases.
It is not known whether this is caused by re-infection or the coronavirus was not completely cleared, reported by Thanh Nien.
Vietnam has remained 268 Covid-19 cases so far, 65 of which are active. The country has recorded no new infection in the last four days.

There were 53 new cases recorded in Australia in the last 24 hours. Of the 6,586 confirmed cases, 69 have died and 4,163 have been reported as recovered. More than 411,000 tests have been conducted nationally.

South Korea posted the fewest number of new coronavirus cases since an outbreak at a religious sect in late February spiked daily infections to nearly 1,000 and set off a massive testing and tracing regime credited with curbing the virus’s spread.
South Korea’s Centre for Disease Control and Prevention said it confirmed eight new cases in a 24-hour period, the lowest since Feb. 20 when the number of infections began rising exponentially after a parishioner of the 212,000-member Shincheongji church was confirmed with the virus. Prior to what has been labeled "patient no. 31,” South Korea had been averaging about three new cases a day.
Italy reported the fewest deaths in six days as new cases remained stable. The country registered 482 fatalities, down from 525 a day earlier, the lowest since April 12. Total deaths are 23,227. There were 3,491 new cases compared with 3,493 a day earlier, with the total now at 175,925.
Singapore, which has won plaudits for containing the coronavirus, is fighting another wave of infections that has led to a 160 per cent surge in the number of patients in the past week. Germany reported 2,458 new coronavirus cases and 184 new deaths related to Covid-19 on Sunday, a sharp reduction in numbers compared with previous days. The comparatively low figures are likely to reflect at least in part reporting delays over the weekend, according to CNBC.
UK: One in eight Britons, or 12 per cent of the UK population, believe they’ve had Covid-19, an opinion poll shows. More than 15,000 people have died from coronavirus in UK hospitals, figures from the Department of Health and Social Care show. The death toll rose by 888 from 14,576 on Friday, taking the total to 15,464 as of 9am on Saturday.
Russia added another 6,060 new cases on Sunday — its highest daily rise yet, according to the Russian coronavirus crisis response center. The country’s total cases have reached 42,853 in a month that’s seen cases spike compared to previous months.
Japan's outbreak continues to accelerate, especially in Tokyo, and cases have now passed 10,000. The country's prime minister recently extended the state of the emergency to the whole country, and health officials warn that disease spread to rural areas could overwhelm health systems, reported by Financial Times.
