Women in Business with contributor, Phuong Uyen Tran.

She is currently Deputy CEO of the THP Group, Vietnam’s leading beverage company. In addition, she is also responsible for THP’s overall procurement, domestic and international marketing, public relations, and corporate social responsibility programs.

Phuong is an executive of the Beverage Association of Vietnam. She also sits on the executive committee of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Vietnam chapter where she ranks as the youngest woman to have been accepted globally when she joined in 2007. 

Uyen Phuong is a Forbes Published Author. She is passionate about how family-owned businesses are built and sustained, training in the subject at Harvard University in the US, the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland, and with YPO.

She is keen to share her knowledge and regularly speaks about the challenges and opportunities of managing family-owned businesses at conferences around the world.
