On November 9, the Committee for Overseas Vietnamese in Ho Chi Minh City held a ceremony to honor overseas Vietnamese intellectuals who have contributed ideas, suggestions and participated in activities in Ho Chi Minh City. At the event, books sponsored by Dr. Vo Ta Han, a Vietnamese in the USA, were presented to universities, colleges and libraries.
